Description architecturale :

L’édifice est orienté et présente un plan en croix latine, à une nef unique. La façade Ouest est précédée d’un porche. Un édifice annexe a également été greffé à la façade Est du transept Nord. Le chevet est polygonal, à trois pans coupés.

Elevation extérieure :

La façade Ouest est plate, à pignon. Un porche y a été greffé, il est percé de portes en arc en plein cintre sur ses trois côtés.
Le transept est saillant et percé à l’Ouest d’une baie en arc en plein cintre. La façade Sud est percée d’une baie en arc en plein cintre ; elle est ornée de deux baies géminées surmontées d’une rose.
Le clocher est à pavillon, à égouts retroussés. Il est surmonté d’une girouette.
La toiture de l’église est à double pente.

Elevation intérieure :

L’élévation intérieure présente un unique niveau d’élévation. La croisée du transept est marquée par un voûte sur croisée d’ogives.

Étapes de construction :

Les fondations de l'église remontent au XVIe siècle. Hormis la partie Ouest, l'édifice est intégralement reconstruit entre 1852 et 1882.

Histoire :

La statuaire de l'église est d'une très grande richesse : on peut ainsi y trouver un Saint-Mathurin du XVIe. Elle abrite une collection de bannières, de chasubles et d'objets cultuels.
