suite à fusion de l'association des philatélistes et cartophiles de verneuil et environs et de l'amicale des philatélistes de la région de damville : se retrouver pour des réunions autour du timbre et toute autre collection, dans un esprit d'échange et de convivialité ; créer ou développer toutes activités se rapportant au timbres-postes et aux autres collections ; organiser toutes manifestations se rapportant au timbre et aux collections, et participer aux manifestations organisées par d'autres associations ou structures ; propager les collections de timbres, cartes postales, marques postales, monnaies et les autres collections et montrer leur caractère culturel ; se concerter sur tout objet concernant les intérêts moraux et matériels de la philatélie et des autres collections ; formuler des voeux à ce sujet auprès des administrations et entreprises publiques et en poursuivre la concrétisation ; réaliser des éditions et publications relatives aux timbres et aux collections
