promouvoir le monde de la moto dans le pays normand et autres régions françaises sous forme de manifestations ou rassemblements divers, préalablement annoncés par les journaux locaux et/ou communaux et/ ou nationaux, radio, affiches ou tracts publicitaires, ou bien encore par le bouche à oreille ; le moto-club est ouvert à toutes et à tous, et à tous types de motos, et organisant des balades pour faire découvrir, entre autre, la région normande, nous souhaitons attirer l'attention des bikeuses et futurs, sur le comportement routier à adopter seul et/ou en groupe et à apporter différents conseils relatifs à la moto tels que l'achat, la sécurité, les équipements, car la moto reste un budget ; le moto-club envisage d'organiser son propre rassemblement moto durant l'année effective ; le moto-club a toute responsabilité en cas d'accident de la circulation ou de vandalisme
