promouvoir et défendre les arts de la parole et tous les arts qui l'accompagnent, musique, jonglage, théâtre d'objet, par tous les biais possibles, organisations d'événements culturels, animation d'ateliers, création et co production de spectacles, vente de prestations artistiques, actions culturelles, de ce fait et pour répondre à son objet, l'association exerce donc une activité économique, cela dit, l'association se donne également pour objet de créer du lien social et de développer de l'action culturelle dans son territoire, la région normande, l'association est entrepreneur de spectacles vivants, selon la définition admise, elle est une personne morale qui exerce une activité d'exploitation de lieux publics de spectacles, de prodution ou de diffusion de spectacles, seul ou dans le cadre de contrats conclus avec d'autres entrepreneurs de spectacles vivants, quel que soit le mode gestion, public ou privé, à but lucratif ou non de ces activités art l.7122-2 du code du travail
