organiser des courses de chevaux en vue de l'amélioration de la race chevaline et des activités directement liées à cet objet ou pour lesquelles elle est habilitée par la loi ainsique l'exploitation des installations dont elle dispose ; elle s'engage à respecter le code des courses de chaque spécialité ; les statuts doivent être conformes à des statuts types arrêtés par le ministre chargé de l'agriculture ; ils sont transmis à ce ministre et entrent en vigueur, s'il n'y fait pas opposition, dans un délai de deux mois ; l'organisation des courses de chevaux est soumise à autorisation dans les conditions fixées par la loi du 2 juin 1891 et le décret n°97-456 du 5 mai 1997 modifié
