grouper les amateurs d'une ou de plusieurs communes ; veiller à ce que les détenteurs de pigeons voyageurs soient inscrits à une association colombophile en application de la loi colombophile et des statuts de la fédération colombophile française ; aviser la f c f en cas d'infraction : non inscription à une société, etc ... ; assurer l'instruction des jeunes colombophiles qui désirent se présenter à l'examen national du meilleur jeune colombophile de france ; veiller à l'entraînement régulier des pigeons voyageurs ; organiser des concours de pigeons voyageurs ; encourager les colombophiles à concourir à l'amélioration de la race du pigeon voyageur et à participer aux compétitions ; organiser des manifestations de propagande colombophile ; signaler à la f c f toutes les infractions à la réglementation colombophile dans les conditions précisées notamment dans le code colombophile
