réhabiliter la friche industrielle de courcelles, sise à fontaine l'abbée, y développer un projet artistique et culturel, l'innovation, la recherche et la transmission des savoirs en seront les axes, y mettre en oeuvre une gouvernance basée sur le développement durable, l'économie sociale et solidaire et la valorisation de son environnement ; accompagner les artistes de toute nationalité et de toute discipline dans leurs créations par tous les moyens utiles à cet effet (création, production, représentation et diffusion de leurs oeuvres), organisation de résidences, d'ateliers, commandes d'oeuvres, édition, etc ; créer un lieu de vies, de débats, de transmission des savoirs, de mutualisation des compétences, inséré dans le tissu social et économique du territoire ; accueillir les artistes, les associations, les entreprises et les auto-entrepreneurs pouvant répondre à l'objet de l'association et les soutenir dans leur structuration
