mettre en oeuvre soit par son conseil d'administration soit par l'intermédiaire des sections (par délégation de ce premier) ; la tenue d'assemblées périodiques, les séances d'entraînement, l'engagement d'équipes sportives dans des compétitions régit par la fédération française handisport, les conférences et cours sur les questions sportives et, en général, toutes initiatives propres à la détente et à la formation physique et morale ; l'organisation des activités statutaires est confiée à des sections regroupant, par affinité sportive, les membres de l'association (un sport par section) ; le fonctionnement et les prérogatives des sections sont définis par le règlement intérieur de l'association ; les sections ne disposent pas de la personnalité morale et n'ont aucune indépendance juridique ; elles ne peuvent s'engager pour l'association vis-à-vis des tiers sans l'accord écrit et préalable du comité directeur de l'association omnisports représenté par le président ou son délégué
